Influencing corporate policy
Compassion influences corporate policy by working in partnership with global food companies to improve the welfare of farm animals in their supply and increasingly to seek meaningful and measurable targets in the reduction of meat and other livestock products.

Our strategic goal aligns with the need to address the global climate, nature and health crisis and the challenge of producing humane, safe and nutritious food for all within our planetary boundaries.
Our work focuses on rebalancing our food system so that significantly fewer animals are produced and those that are, come from higher welfare systems, while progressively moving towards more regenerative, nature friendly farming.
