We are really proud to receive our 'good egg' award from Compassion in World Farming. Our pupils said this was 'egg-mazing'. We are passionate about serving our pupils fresh, tasty, quality nutritional school meals and are committed to using high animal welfare produce. As a school it is important to us that our children understand where their food comes from, if the animal has had a happy life or how their food is grown and that they have a connection to the food prepared and served. We hope that our children will become responsible and ethical consumers. We have good relationships with our suppliers and champion the use of local, quality, British produce. Our children have the opportunity to visit farms, grow and cook food which will help them make better more informed choices in the future.
